With this purpose, six image- and six loyalty-generating PR themes were firstly derived from a literature review. Following, in the case of four Turkish airline companies, in-flight magazines are content analyzed, which are published in 2017. The results showed that the most commonly used image-generating PR sub-theme was the ‘news about the company’, in general. </p> ER -
