Data comes from scrapings of active listings in the Airbnb platform in early 2016 and 2019, in 10 cities of the world. On that basis, it is observed, among other things, the growth of the market, the predominance of entire homes, the professionalization of hosts, and a booking policy in which flexible cancellation loses weight and instant booking gains protagonism. Some useful considerations for policy actions are noted.</p> ER -
